Description

7" PCD Cup Wheel for Hand Grinders

The PolyTitan 7" PCD cup wheel strips epoxy, adhesives and thick coatings from concrete with a hand grinder. PCD (polycrystalline diamond) segments shear coatings off instead of grinding through them, so material comes up fast without smearing or clogging the wheel.

Run it along the edges, corners and tight spots your floor grinder can't reach, then follow with a diamond cup wheel to profile the concrete for the new system.

Match the bond to the concrete: harder concrete takes a softer bond. Hard bond (black) is for soft concrete, medium (blue) for most slabs, soft (red) for hard concrete and extra soft (orange) for very hard or burnished floors. Not sure? Call (952) 206-7219.

16 grit is for aggressive removal of coatings, adhesives and buildup. 30 grit levels the floor and preps it for coating. 60 grit leaves a finer finish before coating or polishing.
