ASTC ProGrout Crack and Spall Repair
ProGrout is ASTC's no-odor, rapid-set repair polymer for cracks, spalls and damaged areas in interior and exterior concrete floors. It works in low temperatures, so repairs keep moving when the weather turns cold.
Features
- No odor and rapid set
- Interior and exterior concrete
- Usable in low temperatures
- 1A:1B mix ratio
- Two speeds: Slow (30-minute pot life at 72°F) or Fast (10-minute pot life at 72°F)
- 2 gallon kit: one gallon each of Part A and Part B
Choosing a speed
Slow gives you time for long cracks and bigger patches. Fast gets you back to grinding and coating sooner on small repairs.
Before you coat
ProGrout is an aromatic system, so it isn't UV stable. Cover repairs with a UV-stable top coat, such as one of our polyaspartic top coats, anywhere they'll see sunlight.
Use it to fill cracks and spalls ahead of flake, quartz, metallic and MVB floor systems. For crew quantities, call (952) 206-7219 or request wholesale pricing.
