Built for WerkMaster floor grinders, these diamond segments deliver exceptional performance, long tool life, and smooth, efficient grinding results. The teardrop-shaped segment provides balanced surface contact, consistent cutting, and improved stability — ideal for high-production concrete prep, coating removal, and polishing base passes.
Hard Bond – For Soft Concrete
- 16 Grit: Ultra-aggressive removal for coatings, adhesives, and high spots on soft or green concrete.
- 30 Grit: Fast-cutting option for efficient leveling and surface prep.
- 60 Grit: Smooth, refined finishing pass for soft materials.
Medium Bond – For General Purpose Use
- 16 Grit: Productive removal across mixed or standard concrete conditions.
- 30 Grit: Reliable, all-around segment for most prep and coating removal jobs.
- 60 Grit: Produces a clean, polish-ready surface with consistent texture.
Soft Bond – For Hard Concrete

Compatible with: WerkMaster floor grinders. Tooling comes in two heights, 3.5 cm and 4 cm; measure your current tooling and choose the matching size.

16 grit is for aggressive removal of coatings, adhesives and buildup. 30 grit levels the floor and preps it for coating. 60 grit leaves a finer finish before coating or polishing.
